SY87701AL 3.3V 28Mbps to 1.3Gbps SY87701AL AnyRate Clock and Data Recovery DESCRIPTION FEATURES Industrial temperature range (40C to +85C) The SY87701AL is a complete Clock Recovery and Data Retiming integrated circuit for data rates from 3.3V power supply 28Mbps up to 1.3Gbps NRZ. The device is ideally suited Clock and data recovery from 28Mbps up to 1.3Gbps for SONET/SDH/ATM and Fibre Channel applications and NRZ data stream, clock generation from 28Mbps to other high-speed data transmission systems. 1.3Gbps Clock recovery and data retiming is performed by Complies with Bellcore, ITU/CCITT and ANSI synchronizing the on-chip VCO directly to the incoming specifications for applications such as OC-1, OC-3, data stream. The VCO center frequency is controlled by OC-12, ATM, FDDI, Fibre Channel and Gigabit the reference clock frequency and the selected divide Ethernet as well as proprietary applications ratio. On-chip clock generation is performed through the Two on-chip PLLs: one for clock generation and use of a frequency multiplier PLL with a byte rate source another for clock recovery as reference.
