SY88912L 3.3V 3.2Gbps SONET/SDH SY88912L LASER DRIVER FEATURES DESCRIPTION Up to 3.2Gbps operation The SY88912L is the smallest laser driver with programmable modulation current for SONET/SDH Modulation current to 60mA applications up to 3.2Gbps. The device accepts either Rise/Fall times <70PS PECL or CML level data inputs. The SY88912L provides Single 3.3V power supply modulation current of up to 60mA for FP (Fabry-Perot) or Programmable laser modulation current DFB (Distributed Feedback) laser. There is a 75k pull-down resistor to V at the input of Operating temperature range of 40C to 85C EE /EN. An active low PECL enable signal shuts off modulation Available in tiny 16-pin MLF package current.
