The RESET output is typically driven active within V Transient Immunity DD 65 sec of V falling through the reset voltage thresh- DD Small 3-Pin SC-70 and SOT-23B Packages old. RESET is maintained active for a minimum of No External Components 140 msec after V rises above the reset threshold. DD Push-Pull RESET Output The TCM810 has an active-high RESET output, while the TCM809 has an active-low RESET output. The Temperature Ranges: output of the TCM809/TCM810 is valid down to - Industrial: SC-70 (E): -40C to +85C V = 1V.
