No external components are RESET Output to V = 1.0V (TCM809) DD required. Low Supply Current, 9 A (typ.) The RESET output is typically driven active within V Transient Immunity DD 65 sec of V falling through the reset voltage thresh- DD Small 3-Pin SC-70 and SOT-23B Packages old. RESET is maintained active for a minimum of No External Components 140 msec after V rises above the reset threshold. DD Push-Pull RESET Output The TCM810 has an active-high RESET output, while the TCM809 has an active-low RESET output.
