UPS115Ue3 Ultra Low VF Schottky Barrier Rectifier Compliant 1.0 Amp, 15 Volt DESCRIPTION In Microsemis Powermite 1 SMT Package, these high efficiency Schottky rectifiers offer power handling capabilities previously found only in much larger packages.
