VCC1 CMOS Crystal Oscillator VCC1 Description Vectrons VCC1 Crystal Oscillator (XO) is a quartz stabilized square wave generator with a CMOS output. The VCC1 uses a fundamental or 3rd overtone crystal resulting in very low jitter performance, and a monolithic IC which improves reliability and reduces cost. Features Applications Ultra Low Jitter, Fundamental or 3rd OT Crystal Design SONET/SDH/DWDM CMOS Output Crystal Oscillator Ethernet, GE, SynchE Output Frequencies from 1.024 MHz to 190.000 MHz Storage Area Networking 5.0, 3.3, 2.5 or 1.8 V Operation Fiber Channel Output Disable Feature Digital Video Excellent 20ppm temperature stability Broadband Access -10/70C , -40/85C or -55/125C operating temperature Base Stations, Picocells Small Industry Standard Package, 5x7mm Driving A/Ds, D/As, FPGAs Test and Measurement Product is compliant to RoHS directive COTS and fully compatible with lead free assembly Block Diagram V Output DD Crystal Oscillator GND E/D Page1Performance Speci cations Table 1.
