The MURS1G-TP with Rectifiers manufactured by Micro Commercial Components (MCC) is a Do-214AA (SMA) package, single-phase, high efficiency, ultra-fast switching rectifier. It is designed with low leakage current, low power consumption, high temperature reverse voltage, and rectified output voltage up to 600V. The package is capable of handling up to 3A of peak forward current and 1A of average current. The MURS1G-TP has a high thermal cycling reliability, making it suitable for high voltage applications. The device also provides excellent surge current capability, thanks to an industry-leading 0.5 µm metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) process. Finally, the MURS1G-TP has RoHS compliant, halogen-free certification, and meets fluid exposure requirements per JEDEC standard.
