The ME2808A36XG is a Microprocessor & Microcontroller Supervisor from Micro One. It is available in a SOT-23 package and is RoHS compliant. The device monitors the power supply voltage and provides reset signals to the microprocessor and microcontroller. It also provides an enable and disable input for an integrated circuit supervisor. It features a low voltage lockout, active high reset output active low reset output, an adjustable reset threshold, and a POR low drop out voltage. The reset outputs are open drain and active low. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -40 to 85°C. It is ideal for use in battery-powered applications, complex systems, automotive, and industrial circuits.
