The ME1117A50B3G is a Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) Positive Fixed 1.4V @ 1A 20V 5V 1A SOT-223 RoHS manufactured by Micro One. This part is designed to regulate output voltage within an operating range of 1.2V to 20V, while consuming a very low quiescent current making it suitable for battery-powered applications. Its dropout voltage is low at less than 0.4V at light loads, and it provides excellent line, load and temperature regulation. It also features current limiting and thermal shutdown protection, as well as an output voltage tolerance of ±5%.
