The ME6266A18XG SOT-23 Linear Voltage Regulators (LDO) ROHS is a two-terminal low-dropout (LDO) regulator from Micro One. It is a 3-pin regulator integrated with a 300mV voltage reference and thermal shutdown circuitry for SOT (Small Outline Transistor) applications.
