The MindMotion MM32F031K6U6 is a 32-bit 32K Cortex-M0+ microcontroller with a QFN32 RoHS form factor manufactured by MindMotion. It is a System-on-Chip (SoC) solution that integrates various peripheral functions on-chip, which greatly reduce development cost and minimize development time of embedded programs. It features a 32-bit Cortex-M0+ core operating at 48 MHz, providing 32KB of Flash and 4KB of SRAM, as well as an on-chip 10-bit successive approximation ADC.
