The MM32F103CBT6 is an embedded system-on-chip (SoC) manufactured by MindMotion with a LQFP48 RoHS package. It is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex-M3 processor core. The device features 512 KB program flash memory, 64 KB SRAM, two 12-bit A/D converters, a full-speed USB 2.0 host/device/OTG interface, SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, and 3 general-purpose 16-bit timers.
