It provides Control For Resonant Half-Bridge Converter two drive-signal channels that output 350ns Fixed Dead-Time complementary signals at a 50% duty cycle. An 600V High-Side Gate Driver with Integrated internal fixed dead-time of 350ns between the Bootstrap Diode and High dV/dt Immunity two complementary gate signals guarantees 1.5A/2A Source/Sink Capability for Both zero-voltage switching during the transient and High-Side and Low-Side Gate Drivers enables high-frequency operation. High-Accuracy Oscillator Operates at up to 600kHz The integrated bootstrap diode simplifies the Adjustable Maximum and Minimum external driving circuit for the high-side switch. It Switching Frequency can withstand up to 600V with immunity against high dV/dt noise. Two-Level Over-Current Protection: Frequency-Shift and Latched Shutdown with Modulating the switching frequency regulates the Programmable Duration Time topology output voltage. A programmable Remote ON/OFF Control and Brown-Out oscillator can set both the maximum and Protection through the BO Pin minimum switching frequencies .
