MP2326 19V, 4A, 40A I , High-Efficiency Q Constant-On-Time (COT) Step-Down Converter in a 2mmx3mm QFN Package The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP2326 is a fully integrated, high-efficiency, 3.9V to 19V Operating Input Range synchronous, step-down, switch-mode converter 4A Output Current with only a 40 A quiescent current. This very 40 A Quiescent Current compact device achieves a 4A continuous output Output Adjustable from 0.6V current over a wide input-supply range with 90m/30m High Side/Low Side R for DS(ON) excellent load and line regulation, and it operates Internal Power MOSFETs with high efficiency over a wide output current Power Good Indicator load range. Its optimized for battery-operated Programmable Soft-Start Time applications and applications requiring high light- Forced PWM or Auto PFM/PWM Mode load efficiency. Selectable With constant-on-time (COT) control, the Programmable Switching Frequency MP2326 provides very fast transient response, Thermal Shutdown easy loop design, and very tight output regulation. Short-Circuit Protection: Hiccup Mode Available in a QFN-14 (2mmx3mm) Full protection features include SCP, OCP, UVP, Package and thermal shutdown. APPLICATIONS The MP2326 requires a minimal number of readily available, standard, external components Tablet PCs with a space saving 2mmx3mm 14-pin QFN Solid State Drives package.
