It offers a 90m/40m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) very compact solution that achieves 2.5A of MOSFETs continuous output current with excellent load Internal Power-Save Mode for Light Load and line regulation over a wide input supply 600kHz Fixed Switching Frequency at CCM range.
