MP2374 6.5V-32V Input, 1A, 330kHz Step-Down Converter The Future of Analog IC Technology FEATURES DESCRIPTION Wide 6.5V to 32V Input Operating Range The MP2374 is a high voltage step-down 34V Absolute Maximum Input converter ideal for automotive power adapter 1A Continuous Load Current battery chargers. Its wide 6.5V to 32V input 120m Internal Power MOSFET Switch voltage range covers the automotive batterys Stable with Low ESR Output Ceramic requirements and it achieves 1A continuous Capacitors output for quick charge capability. Up to 95% Efficiency Current mode operation provides fast transient 20 A Shutdown Mode response and eases loop stabilization. Fault Fixed 330KHz Frequency protection includes cycle-by-cycle current Thermal Shutdown limiting and thermal shutdown. In shutdown Cycle-by-Cycle Over Current Protection mode, the converter draws only 20 A of supply Output Adjustable From 1.23V to 21V current.
