MP3209 1.4MHz, 350mA Boost Converter DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP3209 is a current mode step up 2.5V to 6V Input Voltage Range converter intended for small, low power On Board Power MOSFET applications. The MP3209 switches at 1.4MHz Uses Tiny Capacitors and Inductors and allows the use of tiny, low cost inductor and 1.4MHz Fixed Switching Frequency capacitor to achieve a solution less than 1mm Internally Compensated in height. Internal soft start results in small Internal Soft-Start inrush current and extends battery life. Operates with Input Voltage as Low as 2.5V and Output Voltage as High as 22V The MP3209 includes under-voltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection UVLO, Thermal Shutdown to prevent damage in the event of an output Internal Current Limit overload. The MP3209 is available in small Available in TSOT23-5 and Ultra-Thin 2x2 5pin TSOT23 and 2mm x 2mm ultra-thin QFN QFN Packages 8-pin packages.
