MP6501A 8V to 35V, 2.5A Stepper Motor Driver with Integrated MOSFETs The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP6501A is a stepper motor driver with a Wide 8V to 35V Input Voltage Range built-in micro stepping translator. It operates Two Internal Full Bridge PWM Converters from a supply voltage of up to 35V and can Low On Resistance(HS:220m LS:220m) deliver motor current up to 2.5A. The MP6501A No Control Power Supply Required can operate a bipolar stepper motor in full-, Simple Logic Interface half-, quarter-, and eighth- step modes. Internal 3.3 and 5 V Compatible Logic Supply safety features include over-current protection, Full-, Half-, Quarter-, and Eighth- Step input over-voltage protection, UVLO and Functionality thermal shutdown. The part has a fixed 3.3V 2.5A Maximum Output Current reference output, which allows it to operate Adjustable Mixed Decay Ratio without any control power supply and work with Over-Current Protection any microcontroller.
