WindingB MP6507 2.7V-to-15V, 700mA, Bipolar Stepper-Motor Driver with Integrated MOSFETs The Future of Analog IC Technology FEATURES DESCRIPTION Wide 2.7V-to-15V Input Voltage Range The MP6507 is a bipolar stepper-motor driver Two Internal Full-Bridge Drivers with dual, built-in full-bridges consisting of N- Low MOSFET On Resistance (HS: 500m channel power MOSFETs. LS: 500 m) It operates from a supply voltage range of 2.7V Internal Charge Pump for the High-Side to 15V, and can deliver motor current up to Driver 700mA per channel. The internal safety Low Quiescent Current: 1.1mA features include sinking and sourcing current Low Sleep Current: 1A limits implemented with external sensors, Thermal Shutdown and Under-Voltage under-voltage lockout and thermal shutdown. Lockout Protection An over-temperature output flag is available to Over-Temperature Output Flag indicate thermal shutdown. Thermally-Enhanced Surface-Mount The MP6507 is available in 16-pin, Package 5.0mm6.4mm TSSOP-EP and TSSOP, APPLICATIONS 3mm3mm and 4mmx4mm QFN package with an exposed thermal pad on the back.
