MP6610 55V, 3A, Half-Bridge Power Driver DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP6610 is a half-bridge driver with current Wide 4V to 55V Operating Input Voltage measurement and regulation features. It can Up to 3A Output Current deliver up to 3A of output current across a wide Internal Half-Bridge Driver 4V to 55V input voltage range. The MP6610 is Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limiting and designed to drive brushed DC motors, Regulation solenoids, and other loads. Low On Resistance: o 100m High-Side MOSFET (HS-FET) An internal current-sense circuit provides an o 120m Low-Side MOSFET (LS-FET) output voltage that is proportional to the load No Control Power Supply Required current. The MP6610 also features cycle-by- cycle current limiting and regulation. These Simple, Versatile Logic Interfaces features do not require the use of a low-ohmic Inputs Compatible with 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V shunt resistor. Logic Open-Load Detection (OLD), Over-Current Internal diagnostic and protection features Protection (OCP), Under-Voltage Lockout include open-load detection (OLD), over-current (UVLO), and Thermal Shutdown protection (OCP), under-voltage lockout Fault Indication Output (UVLO), and thermal shutdown. Thermally Enhanced Package The MP6610 is available in 8-pin TSOT23-8 Available in TSOT23-8 and SOIC-8 and SOIC-8 packages. Due to the small pin Packages spacing, the TSOT23-8 package is only recommended for applications up to 45V, APPLICATIONS unless conformal coating or encapsulation is Solenoid Drivers used.
