MPM3620A 24 V/2 A DC/DC Module Synchronous Step-Down Converter with Integrated Inductor The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPM3620A is a synchronous, rectified, 4.5 V to 24 V Operating Input Range step-down module converter with an integrated 2 A Continuous Load Current inductor, two capacitors, and power MOSFETs. 90 m/40 m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) It offers a compact solution that requires only 5 MOSFETs external components to achieve a 2 A Integrated Inductor continuous output current with excellent load Integrated VCC and Bootstrap Capacitors and line regulation over a wide input-supply Power-Save Mode at Light Load range. Also, it provides fast load transient Power Good Indicator response. Over-Current Protection and Hiccup Full protection features include over-current Thermal Shutdown protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown (TSD).
