MPQ2171 5.5V, 1A, 2.6MHz, Synchronous, Step-Down Converter AEC-Q100 Qualified The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ2171 is a monolithic, step-down, Wide 2.5V to 5.5V Operating Input Range switch-mode converter with integrated, internal, Output Voltage as Low as 0.6V power MOSFETs. The MPQ2171 can achieve 100% Duty Cycle in Dropout up to 1A of continuous output current from a Up to 1A Output Current 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage with excellent load 90m and 50m Internal Power MOSFET and line regulation.
