It achieves 0.5A of peak output Capable of Starting Up with a Large Output current over a wide input supply range with Capacitor excellent load and line regulation. Stable with Low ESR Ceramic Output Capacitors Current-mode operation provides fast transient Up to 90% Efficiency response and eases loop stabilization. Full 0.1 A Shutdown Mode protection features include cycle-by-cycle current Fixed 1.2MHz Frequency limiting and thermal shutdown. Thermal Shutdown The MPQ2456 requires a minimal number of Cycle-by-Cycle Over-Current Protection readily available, external components and is (OCP) available in a TSOT23-6 package.
