MPM3811 2.3V - 5.5V Input, 1A Power Module in Small 2x2x1.6mm QFN Package DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPM3811 is a monolithic, step-down, Up to 91% Peak Efficiency switch-mode converter with built-in, internal Wide 2.3V to 5.5V Operating Input Range power MOSFETs and an inductor. The Output Voltage as Low as 0.6V MPM3811 achieves 1A of continuous output 100% Duty Cycle in Dropout current from a 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage with 1A Output Current excellent load and line regulation. The MPM3811 2.2MHz Frequency is ideal for a wide range of applications, including EN for Power Sequencing high performance DSPs, wireless power, Cycle-by-Cycle Over-Current Protection portable and mobile devices, and other low- (OCP) power systems. The output voltage can be 0.5ms Internal Soft-Start (SS) Time regulated as low as 0.6V. Only input capacitors, Output Discharge output capacitors, and feedback (FB) resistors Short-Circuit Protection (SCP) with Hiccup are needed to complete the design.
