The NCE65T360 with MOSFET N Trench 650V 11.5A (Tc) 4V @ 250uA 360 mO @ 7A,10V is a three-pin through-hole, RoHS-compliant electronic part produced by NCE Power. It is designed to serve as a dual MOSFET (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor) in a variety of power control and switching applications. The NCE65T360 has a drain-source voltage of 650V and a maximum current rating of 11.5A with a 4V gate threshold voltage. It also has a 350mO on-resistance at 7A, 10V making it a suitable choice for areas requiring minimal loss including SMPS (switched mode power supplies) and D-C Choppers. In addition, this unit also features a low gate charge of 250uA, an optimized gate charge injection, and fast switching speeds.
