Additional Infomation About Product

The TX4-100/N is a part of the Newport family of optical tractors manufactured by the company Newport Corporation. It is a closed- loop, XY thermoelectric nanopositioning stage which provides high accuracy and independent control of two axes. It is designed for small optics or micro-optics. It is equipped with 100 mm travel ranges in the X and Y axes, +/-25 micron minimum incremental motion, and fast settling times. The stage also features an oversized clear aperture, with a large open center and low profile design, as well as counterbalanced springs to absorb shock and allow for smooth motion. The TX4-100/N is suitable for a wide range of motion control applications, including micro-optics, semiconductor photolithography, thin-film metrology, and optical inspection.
