It is a high-speed, low-power, low-voltage CMOS device that uses three supply voltage levels and is packaged in a 28-pin DIP package. This device can be used to latch data on a bus, to switch between multiple memories or memories and I/O ports, and to control memory or I/O select signals. It features three active-high enable inputs and 8 independent data inputs and outputs.
