The Nexperia 74HCT390D.652 is a dual 4-bit binary counter with reset. It is designed for high-speed and low-power applications. It features two independent four-bit binary counters and a Master Reset (MR) input. Each counter features a Clock Input (CP), an Internal Count Enable (CE) Input, a parallel 4-bit up/down Counter Input (D), a parallel 4-bit Up/Down Counter Output (Q), and a Carry Output (C) for the count sequence. The counters operate synchronously and come with an asynchronous master reset (MR), which resets each counter to zero. The counters are triggered on the rising edge of the clock input.
