This LNA has LNA mode and bypass mode switched by AGC function which features temperature compensation and hysteresis performance to avoid excessively frequent switching (chattering). AGC function is suitable for active antennas whose gain cant be controlled externally. Its integrated ESD protection circuits bring high ESD tolerance. The small and thin EQFN26-HH package is adopted.
