R1561x Series 60 V 100 mA Low Power Voltage Regulator No. EA-397-190606 OVERVIEW The R1561x is a CMOS-based low power voltage regulator featuring 60 V input voltage and 100 mA output current. The device includes a short current limit circuit, an overcurrent protection circuit and a thermal shutdown.
