This device consists of an Output Short-circuit Protection Circuit, an Overcurrent Protection Circuit, and a Thermal Shutdown Circuit in addition to the basic regulator circuits. The operating temperature range is between 40C to 125C, and the maximum input voltage is 42 V. The output voltages are internally fixed at either of the following: 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, 3.4 V, or 5.0 V. The output voltage accuracy is 0.6%.
