The NRF51822-QFAA-R7 is an ultra low power, 2.4GHz multiprotocol System on Chip (SoC) for Bluetooth® Smart and 2.4GHz proprietary applications from Nordic Semiconductor. It features 128/256kB of flash memory, 16/32kB of RAM, an ARM Cortex M0-based processor, and supports a range of analog and digital interfaces like I2C, USART, SPI, PWM, and GPIO. The module is FCC and IC certified, and is suitable for easy-to-implement Bluetooth applications with low current consumption and the extended working temperature range of -40 to +85°C. Additionally, the module supports the number of sensors like 3-Axis Accelerometer and Humidity Gas Sensor.
