The NTE4000T is a Dual 3-Input Plus Inverter NOR Gate contained in a 14-pin SOIC package, made by NTE Electronics. The device consists of two independent three-input, plus-inverting NOR gates, each of which has a common input of INH or Enable, A, B and C input pins, an inverted output (Out) and Output Enable (OE) pins. It features high speed operation with typical propagation delays as low as 2.5ns, low power consumption with power dissipation of 500mW, symmetrical output and logic compatibility with TTL and other logic families, and redundancy immunity. It is suitable for a wide range of applications such as switching power supplies, digital TV and radio receivers and controllers, and data processing systems.
