The N79E815AT20 is a TSSOP-20 RoHS (Lead Free) electronic part manufactured by Nuvoton Technology Corporation. It is an 8-bit, 8051-compatible Flash microcontroller with 2K bytes of ROM and 256 bytes of RAM. It features an internal 10-bit ADC, a UART, Synchronous Serial Interface (SSI) and one 16-bit Timer/Counter.
