The STC15W102 with SOP-8 Micontrollers Unit (MCU/MPU/SOC) ROHS is a 8-bit RISC single-chip microcontroller. It has up to 10K bytes of on-chip OTP ROM and 32K bytes of on-chip SRAM. It has various peripheral interfaces including 8-bit/16-bit timers, serial ports, Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) channels, 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) channels, Brown-Out Reset (BOR) circuit, and a Programmable Clock Output (PCO) oscillator for power saving. It operates at a maximum frequency of 20MHz and has an standby current of 0.85µA and a power-down current of 0.3µA, making the STC15W102 with SOP-8 the ideal choice for applications requiring low power operation. The built-in IAP (In-Application Programmer) function also allows the user to update the program without the need for extra programming devices. It is RoHS compliant and is manufactured by STC.
