MAC223A6,127 is a type of NXP voltage supervisory circuit. It is a microcontroller-based system-in-package (SiP) device that provides accurate, digitally-controlled monitoring and precision protection of high-voltage systems. It provides microcontroller-based monitoring of higher accuracy and performance than integrated analog monitoring circuits, as well as full-featured, on-chip protection functions. This device integrates a krypton-filled, double-sided sealed photodiode to provide precise analog-to-digital conversion of voltage measurements up to ±49 V, with a programmable threshold range to allow full customization of the device's operation. It also provides built-in temperature and current sensing, as well as analog and digital I/O interfaces. The device is rated for continuous operation up to +125°C and comes with a variety of programmable options, including active-low, active-high and CMOS outputs, an adjustable-power-off delay as well as in-system programming. The MAC223A6,127 is suitable for systems operating in a wide range of temperature, voltage and current conditions.
