The OB5282CPA is a SOP-8_150mil RoHS switching controller developed by On-Bright. It provides full protection for flyback, buck-boost, flyback, and zero-voltage-switching topologies with current-mode control. It is designed to provide excellent tolerance to variation in frequency, temperature, line voltage and component parameters. It also features cycle-by-cycle peak current limiting, frequency jittering and thermal shutdown protection. With its low-startup current, current-mode external current sensing circuit, and leading-edge blanking of the current sense signal, it offers a high level of system stability. It is ideal for use in high-efficiency, low-noise switching power supplies.
