The 1SMA5925BT3G is a voltage regulator Zener diode produced by ON Semiconductor. It is a surface mount device, with a Pb-free finish, designed to provide a stable 10V output voltage, while protecting against electrical shorts, line transients and other electrical noise. Its features include an approximate voltage regulation value of 10V, a 1.5W power dissipation rating, and a working temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device also features a Low Noise (LN) characteristic, with a low noise floor of 8V, as well as inrush current limiting protection and ESD protection up to approximately 2000V.
