High-Current, High- & Low-Side, Gate-Drive IC FAN7392 Description The FAN7392 is a monolithic high and lowside gate drive IC, that can drive highspeed MOSFETs and IGBTs that operate up to +600 V. www.onsemi.com It has a buffered output stage with all NMOS transistors designed for high pulse current driving capability and minimum crossconduction. ON Semiconductors high voltage process and commonmode noise canceling techniques provide stable operation of the highside driver under high dv/dt noise circumstances. An advanced levelshift circuit PDIP14 SOIC16 offers highside gate driver operation up to V = 9.8 V (typical) for S 14PDIP 16SOP V = 15 V. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or BS CASE 64606 CASE 751BH01 LSTTL output, down to 3.3 V logic. The UVLO circuit prevents malfunction when V and V are lower than the specified threshold CC BS MARKING DIAGRAM voltage.
