It disconnects &.&2&Z loads powered from the DC power rail (<6 V) with stringent offstate current targets and high load capacitances (up to 100 F). TheFPF1048 consists of slew rate controlled lowimpedance RA = Device Code MOSFET switch (23 m typical) and integrated analog features.
