FPF2283CUCX 28 V / 7 A Rated OVP with Ultra Low On-resistance Switch and Moisture Detection www.onsemi.com Description FPF2283C is a super OVP with ultra low onresistance single 2 channel switch controlled by external logic pin or I C interface. The device contains an NMOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 2.8 V to 28 V and can support a maximum continuous current 1 of 10 A. When the input voltage exceeds the overvoltage threshold, the WLCSP20 CU SUFFIX internal FET is turned off immediately to prevent damage to the CASE 567UT protected downstream components. When in detection mode, the internal current source and ADC can be used to calculate the resistance on VIN for moisture detection.
