FSAM15SM60A Motion SPM 2 Series September 2013 FSAM15SM60A 2 Series Motion SPM Features General Description UL Certified No. E209204 FSAM15SM60A Is A Motion SPM 2 Series that 600 V - 15 A 3 - Phase IGBT Inverter Bridge Fairchild Has Developed to Provide A Very Compact Including Control ICs for Gate Driving and and Low Cost, yet High Performance Inverter Protection Solution for AC Motor Drives in Low-Power Three Separate Open - Emitter Pins from Low Side IGBTs for Three Leg Current Sensing Applications Such as Air Conditioners. It Combines Single-Grounded Power Supply Thanks to Built-in Optimized Circuit Protections and Drive Matched to HVIC Low-Loss IGBTs. Effective Over-Current Protection Typical Switching Frequency of 5 kHz Is Realized Through Advanced Current Sensing Built-in Thermistor for Temperature Monitoring IGBTs.
