FSBB30CH60DF Motion SPM 3 Series September 2015 FSBB30CH60DF Motion SPM 3 Series Features General Description FSBB30CH60DF is an advanced Motion SPM 3 UL Certified No. E209204 (UL1557) module providing a fully-featured, high-performance 600 V - 30 A 3-Phase IGBT Inverter with Integral Gate inverter output stage for AC Induction, BLDC, and Drivers and Protection PMSM motors. These modules integrate optimized gate Low-Loss, Short-Circuit Rated IGBTs drive of the built-in IGBTs to minimize EMI and losses, while also providing multiple on-module protection Very Low Thermal Resistance Using Al O DBC 2 3 features including under-voltage lockouts, over-current Substrate shutdown, thermal monitoring of drive IC, and fault Built-In Bootstrap Diodes and Dedicated Vs Pins reporting. The built-in, high-speed HVIC requires only a Simplify PCB Layout single supply voltage and translates the incoming logic- level gate inputs to the high-voltage, high-current drive Separate Open-Emitter Pins from Low-Side IGBTs for signals required to properly drive the module s internal Three-Phase Current Sensing IGBTs. Separate negative IGBT terminals are available Single-Grounded Power Supply for each phase to support the widest variety of control algorithms.
