Green Mode Power Switch FSL136HR Description The FSL136HR integrated Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) and SENSEFET is specifically designed for highperformance offline Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with minimal external www.onsemi.com components. FSL136HR includes integrated highvoltage power switching regulators that combine an avalancherugged SENSEFET with a currentmode PWM control block. PDIP8 9.42x6.38, 2.54P The integrated PWM controller includes: UnderVoltage Lockout CASE 646CM (UVLO) protection, LeadingEdge Blanking (LEB), a frequency generator for EMI attenuation, an optimized gate turnon/turnoff driver, Thermal Shutdown (TSD) protection, and temperature compensated precision current sources for loop PDIP8 GW compensation and fault protection circuitry. The FSL136HR offers CASE 709AJ good softstart performance.
