FSQ500N Green Mode Fairchild Power Switch (FPS) October 2009 FSQ500N Green Mode Fairchild Power Switch (FPS) Features Description The FSQ500N is specially designed for low cost, small Single-Chip 700V SenseFET Power Switch set-top box, DSL, home appliance auxiliary power supplies. This device combines a current-mode Pulse Precision Fixed Operating Frequency: 130kHz Width Modulator (PWM) with a SenseFET.
