The H11B1M is an optically coupled, isolated output, single-channel, 3000 Vrms high-isolation, low-output current, photocoupler device manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It contains a gallium arsenide infrared emitting (GaAIr) diode and a pair of the NPN silicon integrated circuits. It is an phototransistor optocoupler and has a wide acceptable input range from 4.5V up to 25V. This output optocoupler features a high-speed frequency response of 1MHz and a current transfer ratio of 25%. It is useful for open/closed loop control applications, ground/signal isolation, I/O interface, and isolation in medical equipment.
