Additional Infomation About Product

The MC14081BDR2G is a 3-18V Quad 2-Input AND logic gate manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It has four independent, 2-input AND gates contained in a single 8 pin Dual-In-Line (DIP) package. Each gate has a separate input A and B and an output Y. Each gate has three operating modes: active low (named A1 and B1) and active high (named A2 and B2) which are both active in normal operation. The output Y is open-drain which allows nodes to be wired together for open-collector operations. The MC14081BDR2G has a maximum operating frequency of 10 MHz, and the input hysteresis is typical of 2V. It also has an open drain maximum output current of 5 mA at a supply voltage of 11V. The peak output current is 250 mA. The MC14081BDR2G is specified for operation over a case temperature range of -55 degrees C to +150 degrees C.
