MC33363A High Voltage Switching Regulator The MC33363A is a monolithic high voltage switching regulator that is specifically designed to operate from a rectified 240 Vac line source. This integrated circuit features an onchip 700 V / 1.5 A SENSEFET power switch, 500 V active offline startup FET, duty www.onsemi.com cycle controlled oscillator, current limiting comparator with a programmable threshold and leading edge blanking, latching pulse MARKING width modulator for double pulse suppression, high gain error DIAGRAMS amplifier, and a trimmed internal bandgap reference. Protective features include cyclebycycle current limiting, input undervoltage SO16W lockout with hysteresis, output overvoltage protection, and thermal MC33363ADW DW SUFFIX 16 AWLYYWWG shutdown.
