Additional Infomation About Product

The MC74HC573AN is a 8-Bit Latch manufactured by ON Semiconductor. The part is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device designed to be used in low-power, high-speed bipolar memory systems and general-purpose switching applications. It uses a 2-Input NAND Schmitt Trigger to both set and reset the 8-bit latch. The output enable pin is used to control the outputs. The latch can be either active high or active low. The part has a high-noise immunity and a wide range of operating voltages. It is offered in an SOIC-14 package and meets the JEDEC standard.
