TinyLogic UHS Inverter NC7SZ04 Description The NC7SZ04 is a single inverter from ON Semiconductors UltraHigh Speed (UHS) series of TinyLogic. The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultrahigh speed with www.onsemi.com high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad V operating range. The device is specified to operate over CC MARKING the 1.65 V to 5.5 V V operating range. The inputs and output are CC DIAGRAMS highimpedance when V is 0 V. Inputs tolerate voltages up to 5.5 V, CC independent of V operating voltage.
